• Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Flutterwave. We do not store your card or mobile money details. We receive a transaction reference and your subscription status.
• Usage data — we collect information about tracks you play, skip, and download, as well as session identifiers and timestamps. This data is used to improve the Service and enforce daily usage limits.
• Music submissions — if you submit music for chart consideration, we collect your name, email address, artist name, and the streaming links you provide.
• Device and technical data — we may collect your browser type, operating system, IP address, and general location (country/region) for analytics and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service, including streaming music and managing subscriptions.
• To enforce free-tier usage limits (downloads and skips per day).
• To send you the free weekly chart newsletter, if you subscribed to it.
• To review music submissions for chart consideration.
• To analyse usage patterns and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third parties, each with their own privacy practices:

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage event data is retained for up to 12 months. Music submission data is retained for up to 6 months after review. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use browser local storage to remember your session, subscriber status, and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Firebase Analytics may use cookies to measure usage patterns.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
